I’m the Head of Industrial Site Management at DARe. In this role, I lead a team that covers the overall management of industrial buildings and land that has been consolidated under DARe, a statutory body formed in February 2016 to promote, support and nurture enterprises from startup to growth.
Prior to this, I was with Brunei Economic Development Board covering the areas of Innovative Startups (in Science & Technology and Creative sectors) and facilitating Industrial Research & Development collaboration between foreign technology partners with Brunei institutions. Before that, I spent 14 years in Commercial Banking with close to a decade in Shanghai, China where my focus was on building the consumer banking business in a new market from scratch.
Trained in engineering industry, has lectured and conducted research related to IT/Environment/business processes in UBD for 18 years, and ventured into ICT business. I have been involved in the BICTA/ APICTA as a judge for more than a decade.

For 10 years as the Country Manager and Director of G4S Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd where he built up Brunei's leading man security and cash management services provider and Brunei first secure storage facility.
He also completed a 3 year contract to lead the Finance and Admin team of the International School Brunei in his role as CFO and undertook the project management of the finance and construction of the new school buildings.
