More than 20 years of working experience primarily from the oil and gas industry. Started career within the finance field, evolving further into the areas of commercial and strategy with specialization in economic modelling and fiscal analysis. Has taken lead in negotiating and concluding multiple complex long term arrangements (domestically and internationally) both on the commercial front and on behalf of the government. The only Bruneian involved in two key international committees to revise and deliver two international oil and gas model agreements still being used today.
