Daniel Leong

I’m the Head of Industrial Site Management at DARe. In this role, I lead a team that covers the overall management of industrial buildings and land that has been consolidated under DARe, a statutory body formed in February 2016 to promote, support and nurture enterprises from startup to growth. Prior to this, I was with Brunei Economic Development Board covering the areas of Innovative Startups (in Science & Technology and Creative sectors) and facilitating Industrial Research & Development collaboration between foreign technology partners with Brunei institutions. Before that, I spent 14 years in Commercial Banking with close to a decade in Shanghai, China where my focus was on building the consumer banking business in a new market from scratch.
