Dr Nur Rahman joined Ghanim International Corporation Sdn Bhd on 12th August 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer with the task to turn the company around towards profitability. He immediately renewed the mission and strategy of the company and repositioned bruneihalalfoods as an iconic halal brand that excels through innovation and virtue to capitalize on the fast growing halal market opportunity worth US 1.2 trillion. Through his leadership, Ghanim is ambitiously setting its sights to be global, covering important markets including Asia, Middle East and Europe where Ghanim wants to gain solid footing in for bruneihalalfoods products, as part of its aspirations to raise Brunei’s name in the global food industry. Brunei now is strongly exporting Blue Shrimp crackers and frozen blue Shrimp. Nur has broad experience base developed across a range of industries including FMCG, retail and manufacturing in the areas of Executive Management, General Management, Quality Management, People Management, Operations Management, Business Development, Equipment Management, Sales, Commercial Contracts, Supplier Agreements, Export, Import, Country requirement, Regulatory affairs, Training and best-practice process improvements.
